Fitness Assessments

Ages 60+

A fitness assessment is a great way to gauge your current fitness level. Trainers use a series of measurements to evaluate your level of fitness, compared to fitness standards for your age group. Assessments take around 30 minutes and can include body mass index, resting heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, endurance, cardiovascular fitness and strength. Space is limited; register in advance. No assessment 4/12.
