Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) uses soft, fluid and harmonious movements to improve energy circulation, loosen the joints, tone up and oxygenate the muscles and relax the nervous system. Qigong can be used as preventive, curative and recuperative treatment. There are both standing and sitting forms, making qigong accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions.
