Stability Balls

Ages 50+

Learn how to safely use a stability ball to develop fitness and core strength. Stability balls are an excellent fitness tool for general body fitness and rehabilitation of back, hip, and knee issues. Class will also use resistance tubes (bands), light dumbbells, and body weight exercises. Must bring own stability ball to class. Instructor: Richard Strunk, personal trainer. No class 1/2, 1/16, 2/20
