Regain strength, balance and flexibility. Class focuses on core strengthening and weight training, with emphasis is on the use of resistance bands and body-weight exercises. Appropriate for all abilities. Instructor Richard Strunk, personal trainer. No class 1/2, 1/16, 2/20
