Ages 50+

Learn to enhance your bone strength, improve balance and increase your overall strength and energy. Exercises based on bone research conducted at Oregon State University and can be adjusted to your ability level. Those diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia strongly encouraged to enroll.
