8 form. Good for balance and coordination to prevent fall. Warm-up exercises for joints, muscles and connective tissues to help with arthritis and relaxation. Qigong energy exercises for health and longevity. Tai Chi exercise sets based on Yang Style. Supplemental Tai Chi Ruler training. Instructor: Don Hildenbrand.
