Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance

Ages 18+

This program of tai chi is designed to improve balance and prevent falls. Movements adhere to fundamental principles of tai chi: weight-bearing and non weight-bearing stances, body alignment and coordinated movements in a continuous, circular and flowing motion. Instructor: Don Hildenbrand. No class 1/2, 1/16, 2/20.
