PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE: JUNE 16, 2026

The purpose is to receive the budget message and public comments on the budget. This is a public meeting where the budget committee will deliberate. Those interested may attend the meeting to discuss the proposed budget with the budget committee. A second meeting will be held on June 17, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. only if more time is needed to discuss the budget.

The Willamalane Budget Committee meetings and hearings are in-person at Bob Keefer Center and virtually, unless specified otherwise. This tentative secondary budget hearing will be held only if needed. 

Celebrate Father's Day at Camp Putt. Dads golf for free when they come with their kids. 

The Willamalane Board of Directors holds special board meetings when needed. Please check back for the agenda. 

The Willamalane Board of Directors holds work sessions as needed to guide district operations. Unlike board meetings, there is no public comment during work sessions.

This work session will directly follow the special board meeting on June 24, 2026.

Willamalane, community partners, and exhibitors will share resources and fun interactive activities including live performances, the Willamalane train, and more.

The Willamalane Board of Directors holds monthly meetings to guide district operations and special or emergency board meetings when necessary.  Community members are invited to attend all meetings and speak for three minutes at regular monthly meetings during the public comment section.
