Flu Shot Clinic
All ages. Must bring proof of insurance, including Medicare card and supplemental insurance cards. For those not covered by insurance, flu vaccine cost is $31-$45. Pneumonia vaccine cost is projected to be $42. Oregon Health Plan and LIPA will be accepted. You can pay with MasterCard or VISA and submit reimbursement request to your insurance. Wear short sleeves. Service is first-come, first served. Do not arrive prior to 8 a.m.
