With great apples, there is no need for extra sugar or any other additions. We will make and can a batch of fresh applesauce and everyone can take home a pint.
Pepper Jam: Make this sweet and spicy condiment from local Thistledown farms no-spray bell peppers and jalapenos. This jam is similar to Thai sweet pepper sauce, but in this class you get to control the heat! Delicious on meatloaf, burgers, as part of a barbecue glaze, or in a vegetable sauté.
