Men’s Fitness Club

Core De Force at Yolanda

Ages 14+. Workout with a class that combines boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. You’ll move through 30-minute “rounds” in which you’ll alternate between fighting combinations, bodyweight moves and cardio spikes to kick your calorie burn into overdrive. POP Pilates

Ages 18+. An incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. No class 3/19, 3/26, 3/28.

Ages 50+ Move to the music through exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Better Bones and Balance

Ages 50+. Enjoy floor exercises and strength-building routines in a program designed to help prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis. Class does not require registration and is open to all pass holders on a first come, first serve basis each class.
