Strong Bones, Strong Body

Ages 50+. Learn to enhance your bone strength, improve balance and increase strength and energy. Exercises based on bone research are adjusted to your ability level. Those diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia are strongly encouraged to attend. Instructor: Cindy O’Brien, certified personal trainer. No class 5/17, 8/19-8/23.  Adult Activity Center classes will meet at Bob Keefer Center 8/16, 8/28, 8/30.
