Feeling the pull toward good health? Stretch, twist and bend for FREE Jan. 3-9 and start feeling good. Take your choice of free intros to more than 90 classes at Bob Keefer Center or the Adult Activity Center during one special week.

Whatever your fitness style, we’ve got a class or activity that fits you. Try the slow, meditative movements of tai chi, hop on a bike for a cardio workout in Cycle class, or step into a lively dance routine in Zumba.
