Registration can occur online or in-person at Bob Keefer Center. Please note you will be charged a $30 annual registration fee for each child, a portion of which goes toward activity materials.
Payments for each month are due by the first of the month. Fees must be paid in full in order for a child to participate. Please see the Parent Handbook for more information.
Register your child for the entire school year. Your credit or debit card will be charged each month, beginning the second month after initial registration. A two-week notice is required to withdraw.
Monthly Enrollment: Please notify Bob Keefer Center at (541) 736-4544 if you are dropping from the program. Mentioning it to site staff is not sufficient notification. No refunds, credits or reallocation of funds will be given for missed days or extended absences, or program cancellations due to weather or other circumstances.
Daily Enrollment: Credits will only be awarded to those who call Bob Keefer Center at (541) 736-4544 to withdraw or cancel from the program by 1:30 p.m. on regular days and 11 a.m. for early release days. Mentioning it to site staff is not sufficient notification.
• Sibling discount of 20 percent if registering two or more children in the same program at the same school.
• The registration fee of $30 per child is waived for the third child in a family.
• Scholarship support. Those receiving financial support from an agency such as Adult and Family Services or other third-party providers are not eligible to apply the scholarship to care options.
Kids Club is monitored by at least two onsite staff at each school. Adults picking up children must present identification matching the authorized pickup list.
