Meet Aaron Andrus
Aaron Andrus is a technology expert who specializes in tech education, optimization and troubleshooting. He has been working professionally in the tech industry for more than 12 years. Before becoming a technology instructor, Aaron was a high school teacher. A few years ago he merged these two professions to help seniors learn about and better understand and utilize their computers, mobile devices and other consumer technologies. Aaron has worked with many senior-focused organizations in the area and continues to offer a great line-up of classes and free lectures at Willamalane. He is unique in his ability to simplify complex technology concepts into lay person terms that are easy even for beginners to understand, making all feel welcome and comfortable to learn.
Aaron is the father of two school-age boys. He is an active outdoors and water enthusiast, and an amateur photographer and writer. Aaron graduated from Springfield High School and earned degrees from both the University of Oregon and Willamette University.

A thermistor temperature sensor will be introduced as an analog input device that will control a cooling fan based on the room’s temperature.
