Concerts in the Park

Enjoy Weekly Outdoor Concerts at Island Park

Soak up summer vibes at Willamalane's Concerts in the Park series at Island Park!  Immerse yourself in weekly live concerts featuring a large range of musical styles, including rock, country, and Latinx beats. 

Bring along blankets or chairs to enjoy the music, and purchase beer, wine, and concessions. You can also bring your own picnic dinner and sealed non-alcoholic beverages, but no outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed into the park. Additionally, well-behaved dogs on a leash may attend. Please pick up after your animal.

  • Gates and concessions open at 5 p.m. Opening acts begin at 5:15 p.m., and concerts begin at 6:30 p.m.
  • Admission is $3 per night or free with a non-perishable food donation.  Donations support the food pantry at the Willamalane Adult Activity Center.

Volunteer at the event

Help with Concerts in the Park! Volunteers will help with tasks like setting up, decorating, checking in vendors, food service, and assisting with entertainment set up.

Event Rules and Information

  • Well behaved dogs on a leash may attend, please pick up after your animal. 
  • The bike path remains open to cyclists, we ask that riders please dismount off their bike and walk through the concert area.  
  • There will be one main entrance off “B” St. and a secondary entrance off of “D” St.
  • We will have a water station available, individuals may bring in empty bottles to fill with water.  Concession beverages will be available for purchase. 
  • Families may bring in their own picnic dinners and sealed non-alcoholic beverages. No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed into the park. 
  • All concert attendees comply with Ordinance 100 rules. 
  • We are a smoke-free park district, please no smoking.
  • Community members are welcome to bring blankets or chairs to enjoy the music, please be respectful of your neighbors.

$4 16oz: Iced Peach Strawberry Cooler (Code Red)

$15 Turkey Club: Turkey, Applewood-smoked bacon, Tillamook Cheddar, tomato, and butter lettuce with mayo on ciabatta and side potato salad.

$14 Berry Chicken Salad:  Crisp mixed greens, chicken, feta, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pecans, and sliced almonds with a side of a creamy Poppyseed vinaigrette.

$14 Mediterranean Bowl: Chopped romaine tossed in tzatziki dressing, mint and parsley herbed quinoa, falafel, feta, grape tomato, red onion, kalamata olive, cucumber, and hummus.

August 7  

$4 16oz: Iced Watermelon Mint Punch (Jenny Don’t and the Spurs)

$15 Turkey Bacon Ranch: Turkey, Applewood bacon, Tillamook Cheddar, tomato, butter lettuce, avocado spread and Ranch dressing on ciabatta and side macaroni salad.

$14 Green Cobb Salad: Crisp mixed greens, chicken, hard-boiled egg, grape tomato, fresh avocado, applewood smoked bacon, cucumber, bleu cheese crumbles with a side of Green Goddess dressing.

$14 Buddha Bowl: Chopped romaine tossed in a Tahini dressing, quinoa, grape tomato, fresh avocado, feta, bell peppers, sweet potato, chickpeas, and sunflower seeds.
