Shelter rentals for 2025 will operate from April 4-September 26. Discounted block bookings are available during the shelter season on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Reservations open on March 31 at 9 a.m. for the shelter season reservations.
Please submit your rental request at least two weeks before your event and at least 30 days before for large event rentals and contract rentals. This will give staff adequate lead time to support your event and confirm availability.
