Find the perfect venue! Explore popular park locations all over Springfield, field rentals for various sporting events, or indoor sports facilities and meeting rooms. Whether you’re hosting hundreds or a smaller group, you’ll find a venue for your next event. 

Shelter rentals for 2026 will operate from April 5-September 27. Discounted block bookings are available during the shelter season on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Reservations for the shelter season open on March 20 at 8 a.m. 

Please submit your rental request at least two weeks before your event and at least 30 days before for large event rentals and contract rentals. This will give staff adequate lead time to support your event and confirm availability.
