Spring Adult Rec Sports Round-up
The 2024 Spring Adult Rec Sports season was one to remember with exciting wins and impressive stats. The spring season, which included competitive and recreational volleyball and basketball leagues, ended with eight teams earning their spot on the Wall of Champions at Bob Keefer Center.

Basketball Champions
Competitive League: LIGMA7
This team returned to the podium after winning the Monday league last winter. Teammate Decter Vaughn led the team with 23.3 points per game, followed by Sterling Minor with 19.4 PPG. LIGMA7 ended the season with only one loss in a very closely matched league.
A-League: Diverse City
Diverse City threepeated for the A-League this spring, snatching the champions title in an exciting one-point win with clutch free throws by captain Jason Marks. This high-scoring team set record marks with two 100-point games and Chris Litty averaging 36.3 PPG.
Hybrid A-League: The Lord's Army
In a recurring theme, The Lord's Army took a hard loss at the start of the season and used the opportunity to play harder and faster in every game after. Matt Atwell averaged 22.4 PPG this season, followed by Bobby Nott III with 12.5 PPG.
Hybrid Competitive League: KTR
KTR won the league in a high-scoring championship game, putting over 80 points on the board. Their season was defined by Alexander Coleman’s dominance of the floor and Jamie Prengaman’s slashing drives.
Monday B-League: Paddy’s Pub
Isaac Crites was a constant presence on the team, contributing over 110 points during the season. Paddy’s Pub played two hard-fought games for the number one seed and the championship title.
Sunday B-League: RimRockers
Deep corner threes and slashing drives were the name of their game this season. Caleb Stewart led the team with 17.8 PPG. RimRockers lost their first game of the season but seemed to not only shake off the rust but finish on top.
3v3 League: Ice Rabbits
Sharp shooting and sinking three-pointers got this team to the top, even after losing their team’s only sub to injury in the middle of the season.
Volleyball
Coed League: Setters of Catan
Setters of Catan built the road to the top, nearly achieving a second undefeated season until suffering a close loss to Valley Bollers. Who can stop this team next season?
