Mill Race Path

This 3-mile paved multi-use path runs along the historic Springfield Mill Race from downtown to the Middle Fork Path. The path was constructed in partnership with the city of Springfield, Springfield Public Schools, and Springfield Utility Board.

You can access the Mill Race Path at the Booth-Kelly Trailhead, 307 S. 5th St., and Jasper Road Trailhead, 3202 Jasper Road.

Notices

Construction of a wildlife viewing platform along the Mill Race Path near the Jasper Road Trailhead will begin on August 28 and continue through October. Temporary detours along the Mill Race Path will be possible during construction. Please pay attention to posted signs along the path. Check back for updates on detours and closures.
