Childcare Program Info
Set up your child for a safe and enjoyable experience at camp this summer! Below, you'll find key family information about the registration process, program handbooks, code of conduct, and more.
Handbooks
Review the program handbooks for Willamalane childcare programs to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for your child. These handbooks provide key information important to your family, such as emergency procedures, illness policies, and billing details.
Code of Conduct
These documents cover essential topics such as appropriate behavior, respect for others, and safety guidelines. Families must review and adhere to these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. We can create a positive and supportive environment for everyone in our programs by working together to uphold these standards.
Bring Sunscreen
All participants are required to supply their non-aerosol can of sunscreen. If a participant runs out of sunscreen, loses sunscreen, or forgets to bring sunscreen, guardians can consent to allow staff to provide FDA-approved Rocky Mountain Sunscreen SPF 30 Kids Broad Spectrum to registered minors. The sunscreen contains Avobenzone 3.0%, Homosalate 10.0%, Octisalate 5.0%, and Octocrylene 10.0%.
Photo Policy
Willamalane collects photo release forms or alerts families before taking photos of children in childcare or youth programs. Review Willamalane's photo policy here.
Waitlist Information
You can join the waitlist if a program you want to sign up for is full. When a spot becomes available, we call the waitlist in the order it was received. We will call the number on the account, so make sure it's up-to-date! If we don't reach you, we will send you a message with details of the program and a deadline to return the call before we offer the spot to the next person on the list. How quickly you need to return the call depends on how far out the activity is. Please note that some last-minute cancellations may be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Schedule
You can register and reserve your child’s spot for the entire summer without paying for it upfront. Please note that this payment plan only applies to regular care camps, not skills or specialty camps. Your debit or credit card will be charged two weeks before your child’s camp. See the calendar below.
Refund Information
Full or partial refunds are offered depending on the program or rental type and the timing of the cancelation. View detailed refund information in the appropriate family handbook for your program. See the handbooks above.
