The park is named for Adams, who was a dedicated member of the Willamalane Board of Directors for more than 20 years.

You can access the Mill Race Path at the Booth-Kelly Trailhead, 307 S. 5th St., and Jasper Road Trailhead, 3202 Jasper Road.
