Learn basic and intermediate self-defense techniques, including kicking, falling, striking, and grappling ground defense in a welcoming environment. In addition to technical self-defense skills, you will gain confidence, discipline, and physical fitness.
The Women’s series is open to all self-identified women, non-binary, and transgender people who are comfortable in a space centered around experiences of those who identify as or may be perceived as women.
