Willamalane’s Haunted Hayride Celebrates 30 Years

Willamalane’s Haunted Hayride celebrates 30 years of not-so-spooky rides through the orchards of Dorris Ranch this October. Since 1996, the event has featured silly scenes and live performances along the route, including spectacular glow stick dancers, circus arts and fire dancing. Last year, the event hosted 1,650 people over three nights. 

Haunted Hayride will be Thursday, Oct. 15-Saturday, Oct. 17, from 6:15 to 9:30 p.m. This event is held rain or shine.

This year, Willamalane’s in-district community members can purchase tickets early for Friday and Saturday nights, starting at 8 a.m. on Oct. 1. Thursday tickets and any remaining Friday and Saturday tickets will be available for anyone to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, starting at 8 a.m. on Oct. 2. Community members can check this map to see if their address is in-district. 

“By offering priority registration to in-district community members, Willamalane is recognizing the community that has supported and made Haunted Hayride part of their Halloween traditions for the last 30 years,” said Michael Wargo, executive director of Willamalane.

Tickets for all of Willamalane’s other Halloween events also go on sale Oct. 1. Ticketed events include: Willamalane’s Pints and Pizza 21+ nights at Ghostly Golf; Halloween Carnival, a kids' indoor event with fun games and lots of candy; and Willamalane’s Haunted House at Dorris Ranch.
